And if there is a (Wow) in my notes as I read my books then it is something that really resonates in me & I want to recall it again. As a manager; I realized that I had some issues that needed to be brought to center and faced -- well this article opened a new chapter in my journey and gave me the name of that something which I felt was challenging my growth (personally & professionally).
